Erzeugt nicht einmal zu 5% das Bild wie im Video zu sehen ist 😂 und ich habe auch keine Schmetterlinge bestellt sondern Meerestiere . Aber ist ja eh egal das Bild ist ja eh nur 30 cm groß also hat eh keinen Sinn !!! Schlecht nur 1x !!! Eigentlich möchte ich auch definitiv mein Geld dafür zurück !! Frechheit !!
No one responded when I emailed both contact addresses to cancel my order within a few hours of placing it. I disputed the charge when Galix ignored my requests to cancel the order. They finally responded to my creditors about the dispute (though they never contacted me directly). The order arrived many weeks later (despite my requests to cancel it before shipping AND after disputing the charge). Since the dispute was canceled because the product arrived, I tried the product to find it was not nearly as good as they make it look in the photos. Overpriced trash. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this shady, fly-by-night company again for anything at all. Garbage customer service and product.
